My Story

I Get It Because I Lived It.

For years I was working 95-hour weeks. Senior quantity surveyor in UK construction by day, building my coaching business on the side, and running a bodybuilding prep at the same time.

I know what it's like to always be on the back foot. Juggling work, training, food, recovery, travel, with no margin for error.

I built this physique while doing all of it. Not after I quit. Not in some bubble. In the same world you're operating in right now.
